Rosedale Historic Houses
This is a project to very modestly redevelop a group of residential properties in downtown Toronto. The Rosedale historic houses include a house built for the Gooderham family, a coachhouse built for a larger house belonging to the same family, and two other historically listed houses. The project will place the parking underground and create a park-like setting for the new houses. A new building is proposed and will be set back to recreate a side yard that once existed for the major house. JIAI is working with ERA Architects.
