Pictures from the Jobsite in Val-des-Monts
This cottage, which began just over a year ago, is close to being finished. The interior finishing is mostly complete and the siding is now being installed.
The siding replicates the siding of the old building which this replaces. A main room and much of the foundation of the old cottage was retained.
A stone terrace is being built on the front facing the lake.
The site, on Lac Grand, overlooks a marvellous view over the lake to the north.
The high level of craftsmanship in the work of Michael Dixon is evident.
